***UPDATE***

In much anticipation, the CMBL 22+ league is ready to commence the Spring 2023 season. This season will consist of 5 teams (a possible 6^th team could be added). The season will be 15 games plus double elimination playoffs at the end.

The fields we will be utilizing are Collins Park and Hanahan Recreational Facility. The two games on Sunday’s will be played at Collins Park and the two weekday games will be held at Hanahan Recreational Facility.

That said, in order to use the Hanahan Recreational Facility we will need a minimum of 7 players to sign up to umpire the Hanahan youth baseball leagues. The umpire schedule will consist of one to two games a week (more are available if desired) and pay between $20-$35 per game depending on the age group. Any player who would like to assist the league in this endeavor would have to attend an Umpire Clinic on February 18^th, 2023 (other times may be available based on the need). This clinic costs $30 to attend. In efforts to gain interest in this opportunity, any player that signs up to be an umpire will have their league fees compensated. Please note, this does not include any uniform costs that individual teams may have.

The season will kick off with tryouts on February 26^th, 2023, at Stratford High School @ 1:30PM. All new players must register with the league prior to attending the tryouts. This can be done on the league website or by contacting league officers.

Lastly, all league dues will be due on or before March 3^rd, 2023. The league’s reserves and league officers have fronted the money for the fields and the umpires.
